Topics covered - Leading a small - medium sized business in 2023 - Creating your personal 'painted picture' and anchor tools to establish accountability - Planning and forecasting a business - Marketing a small-Medium sized business on a budget - Becoming a better leader and how to attract, hire and retain great people - Operational excellence - Systems to execute your service profitably Our goal with this course is that you finish each session feeling confident in your ability to grow an exceptional business built the right way and faster than you could on your own. All course participants who complete the course will be eligible for Brave Academy 202 sessions which are by invite only.
